Turtly is a responsive web app — add it to your phone’s home screen for an app-like experience, no app store needed. It works beautifully on phones, tablets and desktop, and dedicated iOS / Android apps are on the roadmap.

Yes. You can keep vet visits, medications, symptoms and recovery notes in one timeline, so your exotic vet has the full story before the appointment even starts.

You can upgrade from monthly to yearly any time from your billing page — we credit the unused part of your current month toward the yearly price, so you only pay the difference. We don’t switch yearly back to monthly; if you’d prefer monthly, just cancel before your yearly renewal and resubscribe monthly.

Yes — if you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no hard feelings. After 14 days, and on renewals, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

It stays yours. You can export everything at any time, and we never sell your data.
